It’s arguable if Monroe County or Washtenaw (esp Western Washtenaw) are in the Detroit area, but I’ll include it because I think Walberg is the biggest redistricting danger. Haley Stevens is in the SW corner of Rochester Hills (11th district portion) which isn’t far from Royal Oak. Estimates have it at 10.5% white, 78% black, and 7.7% Hispanic as of July 2019. The other one was union area of Holly Twp (Slotkin’s claimed home) which went the opposite of the Rochesters – going 51% for Obama and 59% for Trump. Livonia is closely split and a suburb with a bit of everything.
